- Promote and develop sales by supporting the Compact Hydraulics / HydraForce Hydraulics based external Sales Team and Global sales network
- Processing of sales enquiries including technical evaluation
- Preparation of quotations for direct and indirect customer lines
- Technical evaluation of enquiry including creation of new part number request and/or modification to existing part numbers
- Price management to include maintenance of global price lists and global customer prices direct and indirect through country units
- Maintain strong partnerships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Make use of modern sales tools and AI to increase sales and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain the Prototype process to ensure timely delivery of new business motor supplies
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Preparation of specified sales reports through Business warehouse software
- Preparation and presentation of specific tasks as and when required by Sales Management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering product management logistics etc to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth
Qualifications :
- Preferably a Degree in Engineering Business Administration or related qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or technically related environment preferably in mobile hydraulics.
- SAP experience preferred
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and departments
- Excellent communication and negotiation experience
- Skills in Microsoft Excel Word Outlook and Powerpoint required.
