Heres what you will do: 

Deliver Excellence: 

Leads teams of technical experts in the delivery of complex rail infrastructure projects and provide the technical inputs and solutions to complex design challenges. 

Collaborate to win

Provide the strategic plans for key client and programmes and integrates diverse design teams to achieve common goals.

Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of and in support of the clients program.

Serves as the single point of contact to the client and acts as a liaison between management and clients on advanced program-related issues.

Interact with the government or public officials and/or clients on significant program matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Safety Ethics & Quality first

Assess and manages risk on behalf of the client and AECOM.

Promote and capture innovation and design excellence.

Promote the digital interfaces including reviews and reporting between all parties both internal external.

Promote and incorporate the health safety and welfare principles into every aspect of the design and implementation.

Qualifications :

• Experience and proven track record in technical delivery of the master planning and design of multidisciplinary rail infrastructure.
• Based in the UK but willing to visit sites or teams in other countries. 
• Knowledge and experience of the regulatory and governance frameworks pertaining to rail infrastructure including entry into service.
• Knowledge and understanding of the health and safety frameworks pertaining to the design and delivery of complex rail projects.
• Experience in the delivery of innovative and value solutions to complex design challenges.
• Experience in the preparation assurance and validation of design deliverables in a rail environment.
• Degree qualified and a member of a professional technical institution.
