Job Summary

The Regional Head of Campaigns will shape and drive high-impact marketing campaigns across our European markets. This role is pivotal to accelerating user growth increasing platform engagement and delivering topline growth. By bridging regional strategy with strong local execution you will turn ambitious ideas into measurable business results.

What you will deliver:

Campaign Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute market-specific campaign strategies that fuel Monthly Active User (MAU) growth and increase order volume.

  • Build scalable regional campaign frameworks and align closely with commercial partners and local teams to ensure consistency relevance and impact across markets.

Performance Optimization

  • Track campaign performance in real time continuously optimizing for cost efficiency and ROI through smart budget allocation and vendor management.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine campaign structures improve performance and maximize vendor effectiveness.

Vendor & Budget Management

  • Create and manage a strong vendor mix for the promotions that drives visibility customer acquisition and order growth.

  • Own campaign budgets end to end ensuring investments are aligned with business priorities and translate into tangible growth.

Annual Campaign Planning

  • Partner with local marketing&commercial teams to build and manage a regional annual campaign calendar that balances strategic priorities with local market nuances.

Commercial Impact

  • Directly contribute to commercial growth by activating marketing tools and visibility channels that boost engagement and revenue.

  • Work hand in hand with commercial teams on business plans and top-brand proposals to unlock shared growth opportunities.


Qualifications :

Experience

  • 8 years of marketing and business experience including several years in campaign management or a similar cross-functional business role.

  • At least 4 years in a leadership role with people management responsibilities.

  • Background in e-commerce tech or specifically delivery platforms is a strong advantage.
     

Skillset

  • Proven track record of launching scaling and optimizing 360 marketing campaigns

  • Strong business acumen with deep understanding of market dynamics and campaign performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international setup with stakeholders across different seniority levels. 

  • Ability to turn data into clear business insights solid experience managing budgets and confident decision-making is a must.

  • Leading a high performing team coaching and supporting development of the direct reports

  • Proactive adaptable and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
