Our Europe Media Solutions Business Unit responsible for Information Display and Information Technology businesses is looking for a creative resilient andproactive Working Student to join its Media Solutions B2B Marketing Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creationevent management and digital marketing strategy within a dynamic international environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a working student inmarketing or an agency with a passion for learning in a global setting.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Support event planning and execution including lead generation logistics and post-event analysis.
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media (LinkedIn etc.) ensuring brand consistency.
- Assist in digital marketing strategies including SEO geo-targeted campaigns and ROI tracking.
- Use Salesforce and other tools to manage leads and event-related data.
- Collaborate with European marketing teams to understand event strategy and performance.
- Create visual and written content (using Photoshop Illustrator Canva etc.) for campaigns and events.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and report on social media and event performance providing actionable insights.
Required qualifications skills and experience
- Currently studying Marketing Communications or a related field (BSc/MSc).
- Prior working student experience in marketing an agency or event management.
- Creative resilient and eager to learn in an international fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce lead generation tools and event management platforms (a plus).
- Knowledge of SEO content development and social media best practices (a plus).
- Proficient in English (other European languages are an advantage).
- Experience with AI-based content tools (a plus).
