Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of 4 regional training sessions including logistics venue coordination materials preparation and attendee communication.
- Support the coordination of 1 regional BC seminarwhich includes liaising and collaborating with an external vendor and different stakeholders.
- Manage event timelines checklists and budgets under supervision.
- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery.
Operation Support:
- Consolidate reports from various regions ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare presentations documents and other materials as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Assist with other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Canva (Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous experience in event planning or administrative roles (even volunteer) is a plus.
