What success looks like in this role:

• Lead the client implementation related testing activities.

• Lead the automation testing activities for client implementations.

• Develops test strategy for client implementations.

• May be required to work on flexible timings whenever required.

• Defines testing requirements.

Contributes to architecture / design reviews.

Designs develops and executes test plans including performance testing.

Develops enhances and maintains well-formed and scalable test frameworks.

Writes high quality documentation identifying and recommending solutions to observed issues.

Evaluates new feature impact on existing tests; evaluates feasibility of new feature testing.

Identifies recommends and implements process improvements to enhance testing strategies.

Supports team members in writing of scripts expected results test results and defect descriptions. Prepares and estimates effort and timeline and prepares an overall test plan.

Provides regular status update for self / team to lead / manager.

Assists in creation of training / upskilling plan for less experienced resources.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
