Porsche North Miami is opening soon and we are looking for a Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our team in mid-March. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Porsche dealership from day one!

What Youll Do:

• Coordinate with valet staff to ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned inside and out before being assigned to customers
• Confirm that each loaner vehicle has at least ¼ tank of fuel prior to handoff
• Conduct thorough vehicle check-ins for fuel levels and any existing damage before the customer departs
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation for all loaner contracts
• Prepare and stage loaner vehicles for early morning appointments
• Escort customers to their assigned vehicle perform a walk-around inspection and review preexisting damage and fuel levels

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong ability to read and comprehend instructions memos and basic correspondence
• Previous rental car or dealership experience is a plus
• Comfortable presenting information in one-on-one or small group settings
• Ability to follow instructions delivered in written verbal or diagram form
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
