Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix AZ (Local Candidates Only)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract)

Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking Business Analystfor an exciting job in Phoenix AZ.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct capability assessments of approved platforms (e.g. Alchemer Microsoft Teams Premium RedCAP ASIIS) for survey communication and data tracking needs.
Compare features compliance requirements and integration options; prepare recommendation reports for leadership.
Perform stakeholder needs assessments; document current-state workflows and identify gaps.
Develop future-state process maps and functional requirements aligned with project objectives.
Configure selected tools including:
Build automated workflows using Power Automate and dashboards using Power BI to track customer satisfaction and operational metrics.
Conduct implementation testing and validate functionality against defined requirements.
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IT and other technical teams for resolution.
Develop SOPs quick-start guides and training materials.
Train small teams on system usage reporting and process compliance.
Conduct targeted research to support programmatic decisions (e.g. identifying provider networks or evaluating tools to improve efficiency and reach).
Track milestones prepare progress reports and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure all deliverables meet grant requirements and organizational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in business systems analysis or IT project implementation.
Experience conducting needs assessments process mapping and solution recommendations.
Hands-on experience configuring business or collaboration tools.
Strong documentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Power Automate and Power BI.
Familiarity with survey tools data collection platforms and workflow automation.
Experience working in grant-funded or public-sector environments.
