Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing phenomenal customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization this is the position for you!
Shifts areavailableMonday Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.Saturdaysarefrom 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.Guaranteed off on Sundays and 1weekday.
Pay: starting at $21.42 an hour and is commission eligible
Responsibilities:
Assistcustomers on the showroom floor
Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
Workhand-in-handwith Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure ourcustomersneeds arebeing met.
Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccurateorder processing.
Updating customer contractscoordinatedeliveries with the warehouse andanswersales calls for general information.
Preform general showroom housekeeping.
Requirements:
1-4years of prior customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of plumbing fixtures lighting and appliances preferred
Results oriented able to meet goals build relationships and enjoy a team environment
Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales timemanagementand organizational skills
Ambition to succeed and self-motivated
General digital literacy
Priorexperienceusing salesforce CRM preferred
Ability to multi-task
Passion for customer service
Ability to learn quickly
