Job Summary
| 1. Unit operations officer responsible for the coordination and management of all day to day unit activity. 2. Senior Planning Oficer SPO. Plan coordinate monitor and assess unit training. Facilitate all unit training risk assessments and provide remedial training for assessment failures. 3. Command the Unit Training Cell and be 1 RO for selected staff as directed by CO. Lead planning and coordination officer for all unit level exercise activity. 4. Produce direct co-ordinate and validate the unit FOE including a one year detailed and a two year rolling training programme. 5. Lead for internal L1 Line of Defence Assurance (LoDA) and POC for L2-4 LoDA. 6. Manage the unit trg budget using CHURCHILL forecasting and managing in year RSD expenditure. 7. Oversee accreditation of training through the Chartered Management Institute. 8. Support the CO as required in planning and delivery of Civil Engagement Firm Base UK Ops Resilience and other tasks. 9. Senior Fund Manager for the South West OTR Service Funds. 10. Data Protection Officer. |
