Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Security Controller to play a key role in global IT security governance overseeing IT audits security assessments penetration tests and remediation activities across multiple regions.
This role sits at the intersection of security governance risk management compliance and audit acting as a central point for coordination reporting and continuous improvement of security processes worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Remediation Oversight: Coordinate and monitor remediation plans resulting from IT audits penetration tests vulnerability assessments and application security reviews ensuring corrective actions are effective and aligned with security standards.
- Audit Findings Validation: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to validate audit findings track remediation progress and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present security audit and remediation reports to key stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of security controls policies and procedures.
- Security Governance & Compliance: Contribute to the design improvement and execution of global information security governance and audit programs.
- Risk Management: Support the identification assessment and management of information security risks at a global level.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to business units IT teams and external partners promoting security awareness and providing guidance on compliance with security requirements.
Reporting Line
- Direct reporting to the Application Security GRC Lead
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security application security information security audit or project management
- Experience with ServiceNow and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management and planning abilities
Education
- University degree (mandatory)
Languages
- English: Fluent / Proficient (mandatory)
