Panama City FL 32405
Full-Time Permanent
Nights: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Pay & Incentives
$22.66 $30.54/hr (based on experience)
Evening Differential: $1.45/hr
Night Differential: $2.50/hr
$15000 Sign-On Bonus
Relocation assistance available (case-by-case)
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for an acute care hospital laboratory. This role supports adult pediatric and critical care patients. Open to experienced MLTs and new graduates with strong clinical training.
Responsibilities
Perform lab testing in chemistry hematology urinalysis and immunology
Report accurate lab results and communicate critical values
Handle and process specimens properly
Maintain lab equipment and quality standards
Follow hospital policies and safety guidelines
Requirements
Active Florida MLT Generalist License (or near completion)
MLT Certification (ASCP AMT CPT or equivalent)
High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degree preferred
Experience
Hospital lab experience preferred
New grads considered with strong clinical rotations or lab experience
