Job Summary

- Respond to emergency plumbing and sewer loss calls
- Locate diagnose and repair plumbing failures causing water damage
- Perform drain and sewer line cleaning inspections and repairs
- Work closely with mitigation and restoration teams during losses
- Identify source of loss and implement permanent repair solutions
- Document work performed for insurance and restoration records
- Maintain equipment tools and job site safety standards
- Strong plumbing and drain cleaning experience required
- Master Plumber license preferred (Journeyman considered)
- Experience with water damage or restoration-related plumbing strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to work on-call nights or weekends as needed for emergencies
- Professional demeanor and strong customer communication skills
