What Youll Be Doing
- Operate excavators to safely dig load and move materials according to site requirements.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
- Support production by following site plans signals and directions accurately.
- Monitor ground conditions and adjust work to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the team to coordinate tasks and maintain safe operations.

- Capability to operate excavators and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong situational awareness and commitment to established safety practices.
- Ability to follow instructions read ground conditions and complete tasks with precision.
- Effective communication and teamwork in a dynamic work environment.
- Adaptability to outdoor working conditions and varying operational demands.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug/alcohol screen and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
