Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As the first engineering hire at this early-stage startup you will design and industrialize intelligent systems for enterprise clients. You will build core technical foundations from cloud infrastructure to advanced machine learning workflows. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technology stack and culture of a company solving complex operational challenges.

What you will do:

Design and industrialize products on major cloud platforms including GCP Azure or AWS to support enterprise-grade operations.
Build and optimize machine learning workflows for predictive modeling anomaly detection and reinforcement learning applications.
Develop multi-modal LLM applications that fuse text vision and sensor data to drive intelligent industrial decision-making.

The ideal candidate:

Minimum BSc in Machine Learning or Computer Science with proven experience in cloud-based product development and MLOps.
Strong expertise in building machine learning workflows specifically regarding anomaly detection predictive modeling and model deployment.
Resourceful startup mindset with the ability to balance rapid prototyping with the creation of reliable production-grade systems.
