One year of experience in custodial housekeeping groundskeeping or food service work.

Job Duties:

• Performs housekeeping tasks manual labor and other activities necessary for the efficient operation of the campus.
• Gives limiteddirection to other custodians.
• Inspects and performs job follow-ups.
• Performs the same task and duties assigned to Custodian 2s.
• Inspects and insures that all equipment to be usedissafe and fully functional.
• Performs any other miscellaneous related duties necessary tomaintain the cleanliness andsanitaryconditions of the University as well as the efficient and safe operation of the department.
