Position Overview
The SOC Operator is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients through centralized monitoring and response operations. This role supports critical security functions and requires strong situational awareness communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in time-sensitive situations.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring alarms and intrusion detection systems
Law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording
Emergency dispatch and response coordination
Incident reporting documentation and analysis
CCTV and camera monitoring
Supporting cybersecurity-related alerts and monitoring as applicable
Schedule & Compensation
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24.87 per hour
Required Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity call center operations or dispatch is required
Prior SOC (Security Operations Center) or security operations experience is strongly preferred
Ability to multitask maintain focus and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and monitoring platforms
