Job Summary

We are in the market for aData Analyst role and the incumbent will be expected to analyse transform and visualise data to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

Data Collection: Identification and gathering of data from relevant sources.
Data Cleansing: Examination and cleansing of source data to ensure it is accurate complete valid and ready for transformation and or analysis.
Data Transformation: Conversion of data into formats and or structures suitable for analysis.
Exploratory Data Analysis: Examine and identify the datas underlying structure patterns and relationships.
Data Modelling: Develop models that represent relationships within the data and can make predictions or classifications.
Data Interpretation: Draw conclusions and insights from data through pattern recognition trend identification and translation into relevant narratives for decision making.
Data Visualisation: Organising and presenting the data is visual formats to simplify interpretation

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Must have a minimum of 5 years in data analytics
Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification or equivalent is required
Must have strong SQL and data visualisation skills
Degree in Data Science ICT or related field would be advantageous.
