1Full leadership of a team of operators within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) production environment ensuring adherence to safety qualitycomplianceand output standards.

4Identifyand develop key talent within the team ensuring regular development plans are executed. Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

6Lead and implement improvement projects managing scopescheduleand cost while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

任职资格

1EducationBackground文化程度(学历/专业)

1Bachelors degree pharmaceutical engineering or a related technical discipline.

大学本科或以上学历制药工程或相关技术学科学士学位

23 years or above production management experiences in pharmaceutical FMCHcompany 5 years of relevant experience in amanufacturing/production environment.

Preferred: Experience in an FDA-regulated environment GMP requirements project management process validation SAP and use of operational excellence tools (e.g. FMEA MSA).

3年以上制药行业快消行业生产管理经验5年以上制造行业经验
