Job Summary
Are you looking to start your career in the automotive service industry Our dealership is seeking a motivated customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a long-term career in service advising. This is an on-site position. Scheduled hours for this position are Tuesday-Friday: 7:30AM-4:30PM and Saturdays: 7:45AM-2PM.

Responsibilities:
Manage up to 10 Express/ToyotaCare appointments per day
Assist main service advisors by helping expedite customer approvalsespecially for waiting customers when advisors are tied up
Deliver an exceptional customer experience with clear communication and a positive attitude
- Support overall service lane flow and efficiency
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Interest in automotive service and customer care
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
No prior advisor experience requiredjust bring your energy and willingness to learn
