Technical Requirements:
*Must have industrial electrical experience.
*Must be able to operate heavy machinery. Back-ho skid steer scissor lift fork lift excavator.
*Must be able to physically operate heavy equipment.
*Must be able to stoop kneel crouch reach and stand to operate and repair heavy equipment.
*Must be able to work in all types of weather including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures.
*Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
* Ability to read and comprehend prints.
* Working knowledge of safety standard.
* Problem solves and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
* Identify and communicate project risks issues or changes effectively.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Knowledge of RF wireless systems including RRHs antennas Diplexers TMAs Etc.
* General understanding of grounding system design testing and maintenance.
Requirements
* 3 years of experience as a tower tech
* Must be able to lift and move up to 80lbs.
* Must be able to climb towers or ladder systems in heights up to 300.
* Valid Drivers License
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Technical or Military Communications training a plus.
* Ability to work some weekends and/or nights.
* Must have or be willing to acquire OSHA 10 certification RF safety awareness & competent climber cert.
Compensation:$25 - 28/hr
