NOW HIRING: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist at our Wilmington location.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Answering phones
Receiving loss information & dispatching crews to jobs
Office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
Perform detailed and accurate data entry
Customer POC

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Experience in service industry environment a plus
Possess polite confident and excellent customer service skills including listening and questioning skills
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Capability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented office environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook Word Excel)
Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Valid Drivers License

Pay Rate

Competitive pay based on experience

All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by employed by and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated Servpro Franchise. Servpro Franchise employees are not employed by jointly employed by agents of or under the supervision or control of Servpro Industries LLC or Servpro Franchisor LLC (the Franchisor) in any manner whatsoever. All Sample Forms provided by Servpro Industries to Servpro Franchises should be reviewed and approved by the Franchises attorney for compliance with Federal State and Local laws. All Sample Forms are provided for informational purposes and Servpro Franchises may choose whether or not to use them.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
