Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) 2223 per hour 36 Hours Day Shifts
This nursing home provides residential nursing dementia mental health and palliative care for adults within a well-established nursing home rated Good by the CQC. As the Lead Nurse you will have the day-to-day responsibility for a designated unit combining hands-on clinical practice with leadership of the nursing and care team.

- Oversee medication management GP rounds and clinical decision-making
- Complete CHC checklists and support DoLS/LPS processes
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments remain accurate and up to date
