Salary Range: $26851.00 - $46991.00

Recruitment Range: $31200.00 - $46991.00

The Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:

• Working knowledge of textiles and of sewing and mending methods.

• Skill in the operation of electric and treadle sewing machines.

• Ability to cut material from standard patterns and to neatly construct repair and mend linens and articles of clothing.

• Ability to instruct personnel in routine sewing and mending methods.

• Ability to clean oil and make minor adjustments to sewing machines.

The normal work hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with rotating weekends and holidays however flexibility is required to meet hospital needs. This is a full-time position and eligible for the full State benefits package including health insurance and retirement.
