Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities:

Below are the primary duties and essential functions of an employee in this position.   • Represent the organization as a community ambassador by attending events building trust and fostering connections with diverse audiences.
  • Identify underserved populations and develop targeted initiatives to improve access and engagement with services.
  • Act as the face of the organization in the community promoting its mission values and services to stakeholders and the public.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address gaps in services and create programs that meet the needs of marginalized populations.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of outreach efforts and initiatives providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occupational Exposure Risk Classification: The normal work routine involves minimal exposure to blood body fluids or tissues.
  • The normal work routine has a minimal ergonomic risk for repetitive motion impairment.
  • The position may require a minimal amount of physical exertion (bending lifting twisting) in the work area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree is required. Masters degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Certificate or Professional License: No Certificate or Professional Licenserequired.
  • Experience: Prefer one (1) year of Community Engagement experience.
  • Valid drivers license and active liability insurance.
  • Satisfactory results from criminal and driving record background checks.
