Job Details:

The FP&A Business Partner acts as a strategic finance partner supporting business leaders with financial insights planning and performance management. This role focuses on financial analysis reporting budgeting and forecasting to drive informed decision-making across the organization with strong exposure to LATAM operations particularly Brazil and Uruguay. The position requires a hands-on proactive professional who thrives in a lean environment supports multiple stakeholders and operates with a strong business mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc sales and financial reports for Business Development teams and senior leadership.
  • Implement and enhance profitability analysis controls consolidating data from multiple sources and presenting insights through reports and meetings.
  • Record classify and upload accounting and financial data in SAP to support the monthly close process with a strong focus on cost center control.
  • Support quarterly reconciliation reports in collaboration with local Accounting Tax and Treasury teams.
  • Monitor budgets and forecasts analyzing deviations in P&L and Balance Sheet for budget and forecast cycles by business unit and department.
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and implement KPIs to support local and regional business requests related to Revenue Direct Costs Opex and Capex.
  • Support annual budget preparation and monthly/quarterly forecast processes.
  • Act as a financial business partner to regional stakeholders providing insights recommendations and scenario analysis.
  • Build financial models dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and greater financial transparency in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Shift and Location: Monday to Friday 9h-18h. Hybrid at at Avenida das Nações Unidas 14401 Torre Jequitibá 17º andar.

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 35 years of experience in FP&A Financial Planning Business Partnering or related financial roles.
  • Experience in transportation/logistics sector is a plus.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables Power Query advanced formulas charts dashboards; VBA is a plus).
  • Strong experience with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
  • Solid financial analysis skills including budgeting forecasting profitability analysis and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on proactive and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Strong numerical analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced evolving environment.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
  • Flexible adaptable and resilient personality with strong interpersonal skills.
