Job Summary
Range $27618 to $96677 annually*
*Range above representsdifficulty of care payments paid to a caregiver for providing personal careservices to a eligible person residing either in the caregivers home or in thepersons own home. Stipend rates are contingent upon assessed needs of the personand subject to state approval. Stipend levels 18 through 21 are availableonly by special application to the purchasing governmental unit. Nonotuck is seeking well-balanced caregivers to share their home and life with a person with disabilities. The caregiver(s) helps the person with their daily activities health wellness encourages community participation and promotes a safe and meaningful lifestyle.
Beyond providing care the shared living provider will develop a meaningful relationship with the person they are sharing their home with. She/he/they will be a roommate and a friend spending time together sharing activities and enjoying a lively and engaged life.
We will consider applicants who live in single family homes or apartments (with an extra bedroom) or are willing to move. We are looking for people who are single couples families people with or without children and pets. No previous experience necessary.

Caregivers and their families must be found suitable through a CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and National Fingerprint check.
