Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Workforce data administrator.
As an Analyst in the Payroll Core data management you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of data changes and administration. You will provide backend support for Hire to Retire process and management of the data in and outside the Human Resource Management System tool.
Collect validate and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle: hiring onboarding transfers promotions terminations personal detail updates long term leave & absence management exit layoff restructuring.
Manage and set up master data specific to organization and job design.
Track and resolve data discrepancies or errors by coordinating with HR payroll and IT teams.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
Manage L1/L2 query depending on the scope of work.
Support standardized HR data administration processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Maintain documentation of all employee data changes in compliance with audit requirements and data privacy policies.
Assist in generating reports dashboards and insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with onboarding payroll and benefits teams to ensure seamless transitions during employee lifecycle events.
Manage pre-onboarding tasks and ensure accurate new hire setup
Maintain candidate data across systems
Respond to L1 employee queries and escalate as needed.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders for approvals and data updates.
Maintain employee digital records and support document verification processes.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with quality teams to implement process changes.
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related fields (MBA good to have).
Experience in data management or operations.
Experience in pre-onboarding activity management.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel Outlook platforms.
Exceptional communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Willingness to work 5 days from office
Familiarity with Human Resource Management System tool SAP SuccessFactors Workday etc.
Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now Zendesk etc
Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is preferred.
Certification in data analysis or related domains preferred.
Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
