Strong 7 Years experience in Adobe AEP (RT-CDP Profile Segmentation Data Governance) and AJOAEP RTCDP & Journey Optimizer (AJO) job involves designing building and managing data-driven customer experiences focusing on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for unified customer profiles (Real-Time CDP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for orchestrating personalized multi-channel journeys (email SMS push). Key responsibilities include XDM schema design segmentation data integration (APIs batch/streaming) journey building consent management performance monitoring and ensuring data privacy requiring strong technical skills in AEP/AJO APIs JSON and data Modeling & Ingestion: Define XDM schemas manage datasets set up identity resolution and implement batch/streaming data pipelines in & Activation: Create audiences configure segments and activate them to various destinations (ad platforms email SMS).Journey Orchestration: Build complex personalized journeys in AJO with triggers branching logic offers and A/B -Channel Delivery: Integrate and manage communications across email SMS push notifications and in-app & APIs: Connect AEP/AJO with other systems using APIs webhooks and data & Compliance: Implement consent privacy and data retention policies (GDPR CCPA).
