Job Summary
Job Description: Remote Appointment Setter
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for financial advisors
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with prospects
- Update and manage appointment setting database with accurate information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and address any rescheduling needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software
- Previous experience in sales or customer service role
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related field
