Job Description: Remote Appointment Setter

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments for financial advisors
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with prospects
  • Update and manage appointment setting database with accurate information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and address any rescheduling needs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet set targets
  • Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service role

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting or a related field
