Early Childhood Educators

We are always looking for just the right fit! We want people who want to be educators during a childs most formative years.

The owner and administration team are on site supporting teachers from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

We are accepting applications for Float Teachers Assistant Teachers or Aides at all levels for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. A Resource Teacher acts as a float supporting all classrooms and covering teacher vacations or lunch break coverage.

We use a team teaching approach where everyone:

• Developslesson plans
• Meets the individuals needs of the children
• Is involved in parent communication
• Participates in staff and training meetings
• Designs an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the children in the classroom
• Interacts with the children to support play exploration and learning.
• Presents expectations appropriate to the childs age and developmental level.
• Plans and implements activities that develop self-esteem and social skills.
• Communicates appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.
• Builds teamwork.
• Uses assessment tools.
• Commitsto continuing education.

Teacher Qualifications:

• AA or CDA with two years experience
• OR B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience
• OR A similar mix of education and experience

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

• 12 post-secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field
• Or B.S in any field
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks-6 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.

Aide Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience with 6 weeks to 6 years preferred not required.
