Job Description:
You will own a core insurance platform end-to-end steering the strategy and delivery of foundational systems including quote rating and billing services. This high-impact role acts as the long-term steward of critical infrastructure balancing complex cross-domain requirements with technical scalability to empower growth across multiple international markets and product lines.

Location: Brighton UK (Hybrid)

What you will do:

Define and execute the long-term roadmap for the core insurance platform encompassing billing rating and policy services.
Partner with Engineering to shape system design and translate complex domain requirements into clear sequenced initiatives.
Act as the primary interface between the platform squad and stakeholders in Growth Finance and Operations.

The ideal candidate:

At least 7 years of product management experience with significant ownership of backend API-driven or infrastructure products.
Strong technical literacy with the ability to navigate system architecture data models and complex trade-offs with engineers.
Proven track record of delivering products in highly regulated environments such as fintech payments or insurance.
