Product Owner Software Solutions

We are expanding our software product team and are looking for a Product Owner to bridge the gap between business and development. You will work closely with a team of approximately 10 developers a QA tester and a functional analyst on innovative software solutions.

As a Product Owner you are responsible for maximizing the value of our software product. You will define prioritize and validate features that align with business goals and customer needs. You serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team ensuring the product vision is maintained throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with the organizations strategic goals.

• Market & User Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive positioning.

• Business Development Support: Actively promote the product vision internally and externally deliver compelling demos gather strategic requirements from prospects and clients and ensure expectations are aligned with the product vision.

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog ensuring items are clearly defined.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure alignment.

• Sprint Planning & Delivery: Participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of high-value features.

• Implementation Guidance: Work with the project team to ensure the product is implemented according to specifications providing support and methodological guidance.

• Quality Assurance Oversight: Validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure they meet user and business requirements.

• Change Management & Adoption: Facilitate smooth adoption by supporting training documentation and communication to end-users and stakeholders.

• Operational Feedback Loop: Collaborate with maintenance and support teams to monitor live environments gather insights and feed this information back into the product backlog for continuous improvement.

• You hold a Masters degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.

• You have proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within ICT product environments.

• You have excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• You are familiar with tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
