Key Responsibilities

The KS2 Teacher will be responsible for:

Person Specification

The ideal KS2 Teacher will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have proven experience teaching Years 36

  • Possess strong classroom management skills and a proactive positive attitude

  • Have experience differentiating for SEND and EAL learners

  • Be enthusiastic adaptable and committed to delivering engaging lessons

  • Demonstrate excellent communication teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Bring creativity and energy to lessons and school initiatives

Desirable attributes include:

  • Leading a subject or school initiative

  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technology integration

  • Experience running extracurricular clubs or school projects

  • Knowledge of assessment frameworks data analysis and intervention strategies
