A well-established primary school in Enfield is urgently seeking a dedicated Intervention Teaching Assistant to provide targeted support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is key to helping children overcome learning barriers achieve academic progress and develop confidence and independence.
The successful candidate will deliver structured interventions in literacy numeracy and social-emotional learning both 1:1 and in small groups. You will work closely with the SENCO class teachers and external specialists to create tailored strategies for each pupil ensuring progress is monitored and supported consistently.

Training in SEN interventions behaviour management and emotional literacy
Mentoring from experienced SENCOs and teaching staff
