This role is key to helping children overcome learning barriers achieve academic progress and develop confidence and independence.

The successful candidate will deliver structured interventions in literacy numeracy and social-emotional learning both 1:1 and in small groups. You will work closely with the SENCO class teachers and external specialists to create tailored strategies for each pupil ensuring progress is monitored and supported consistently.

• Qualifications such as Level 3 Teaching Assistant ELSA or SEN-specific training

Desirable: experience with Talk Boost Lego Therapy Little Wandle or 1st interventions.
