Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive school community in Didcot. As a Teaching Assistant you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in accessing learning building confidence and achieving their potential. You may work with individuals small groups or support whole-class teaching depending on need.
Your role will include assisting with lesson delivery preparing resources maintaining a well-organised classroom and supporting daily routines. You will help promote positive behaviour and support pupils social and emotional wellbeing ensuring children feel safe valued and encouraged.
The role may include supporting pupils with additional learning needs adapting activities where required and providing reassurance and encouragement. Strong teamwork and communication are essential as you will work closely with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community.

You will:
Support teaching and learning in the classroom
Work with individuals and small groups of pupils
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation
