The Role What Youll Do
Teach high-quality Business lessons at KS4KS5.
Use assessment and feedback to drive progress and attainment.
Enrich the curriculum through enterprise activities guest speakers and competitions.
Support curriculum planning exam preparation and shared resources.
Promote high expectations for behaviour engagement and achievement.
Contribute positively to the wider school community and Sixth Form life.
Person Specification
Essential
Degree in Business or a related subject.
QTS/PGCE (or equivalent).
Strong subject knowledge across core Business topics.
Evidence of effective classroom practice.
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Desirable
Experience with AQA or Edexcel specifications.
Evidence of strong exam outcomes.
Experience supporting enrichment or enterprise activities.
Ability to contribute to Economics is desirable but not essential.
