Product Designer (JuniorConfirmed)
Were looking for a Product Designer (JuniorConfirmed) to join our design team and contribute to building a complex B2B SaaS product in the supply-chain domain. This role is open to designers early in their career who want to grow through real product challenges as well as more confirmed profiles looking to deepen their impact in a demanding environment.
Your Missions
Design end-to-end user experiences for complex product workflows from problem framing to delivery with support from the design team.
Translate business operational and technical constraints into clear usable UX solutions.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers Engineers CustOps and fellow designers to shape product decisions.
Participate in user research activities: interviews usability testing field observations and workshops.
Create user flows wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with the design system.
Iterate on solutions based on user feedback data and technical constraints.
Use AI-powered tools to support design exploration research synthesis ideation and prototyping with a critical and thoughtful mindset.
Contribute to the evolution of our design practices tools and design system.
Help make complex supply-chain workflows easier to understand and use for real users.
Improve product adoption and day-to-day usability through solid UX decisions.
Bring user insights into product discussions and progressively influence product direction.
Work closely with CustOps teams to complement existing field feedback with direct user understanding.
Use AI as a lever to increase design quality and efficiency without compromising rigor.
Grow into a designer capable of handling increasing scope and responsibility over time.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
1 to 4 years of experience as a Product Designer UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong UX fundamentals: user flows information architecture interaction design usability principles.
Solid UI sensibility with attention to hierarchy clarity and consistency.
Comfortable working on complex data-rich interfaces (B2B experience is a plus).
Ability to understand and reason about complex domains and constraints.
Experience with user research methods or a strong interest in developing these skills.
Curiosity and appetite for using AI tools within the design process (e.g. research synthesis ideation prototyping documentation).
Ability to critically assess AI outputs and integrate them responsibly into design decisions.
Team-oriented mindset: collaborative open to feedback and eager to learn.
Comfortable explaining design decisions and trade-offs.
Experience with design tools such as Figma (or equivalent).
Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
