We have a unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Head of Finance to join our leadership team in the fast-paced world of FMCG meal kit manufacturing. Reporting directly to the CEO you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our business ensuring sustainable growth and delivering value for our stakeholders.

This is a senior leadership position where youll manage more than just the numbers - youll influence decisions foster innovation and lead cross-functional collaboration to drive operational and financial excellence.

Your role

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the companys growth objectives and market positioning.

• Performance Management: Monitor financial performance providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Reporting & Analysis: Deliver accurate timely and insightful financial reports to the CEO Board as well as local and global leadership teams to guide decision-making.

• Risk Management Audit & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements proactively identifying and managing risks as well as managing tax and audit requirements

• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing Finance team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational and leadership teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimisation.

This is you

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior financial leadership role preferably within FMCG Retail Manufacturing or a related sector.

• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-evolving business environment.

• Technical Expertise: Strong technical skills in financial planning reporting and data-driven decision-making. While you dont have to be a CPA/CA we will test your accounting knowledge thoroughly.

• Leadership & Influence: A track record of successfully leading teams driving change and influencing senior stakeholders.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG manufacturing or food production industries is highly desirable.
