Job Summary
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Controller (m/f/x) to join our finance team and play a key role in financial planning analysis and this position you will ensure transparency in financial performance support strategic decision-making and contribute to process optimization.
- Preparation of budget forecast and actual vs. target analyses
- Further development of controlling reports and KPI management
- Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports
- Analysis of variances and derivation of action recommendations
- Participation in strategic projects and process optimizations
- Preparation of actual vs. target comparisons variance analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
- Establishment and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS)
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed degree in Business Administration Finance or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in controlling ideally within an IT environment
- Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP MS Dynamics) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills and high affinity for numbers
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive working style
