This role places you at the center of active employment litigation matters. You will work closely with attorneys and staff supporting cases from early discovery through trial preparation while keeping matters organized and moving forward.

What You Will Do

Manage discovery calendars and deadlines
Prepare and organize pleadings correspondence and client files
Assist with trial preparation and filings
Coordinate with courts vendors and internal team members
Support attorneys in day-to-day litigation tasks

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Experience supporting civil litigation matters
Familiarity with California civil procedure and local court rules
Comfort working with case management and e-filing platforms
Spanish language skills are a plus
A paralegal certificate or degree is helpful but not required
