Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant VIM with OpenText

Responsibilities

Experience in support and maintenance of OpenText VIM projects
Ensure SLA-related KPIs are adhered to
Analyze plan design configure and test OpenText VIM solution to meet the business and regulatory needs for processing of various types of supplier invoices.
Sound knowledge on Document Archiving OCR VIM Workflows Process Types Exception handling and Reports including integration with S/4 and other applications.
Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.
Ability to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the client
Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment Ability to work on multiple modules same time.
Experience in Application Maintenance Support. L0 L1 & L2 Responsible for management of Client Impact tickets. Accountable for Service Restoral / Permanent Resolution of production incidents.
Responsible for successful Production start-up Understanding of Roles & Authorizations
Hands-on configuration experience
Experience defining implementing and supporting business processes.
Good understanding of incident management and change management.
Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Graduation: MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must be a self-starter capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
Additionally the candidate must possess excellent writing speaking analytical project management organizational teamwork and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
