What you can offer ACES:

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clinical partners to understand their unique talent needs and align recruitment strategies with clinical objectives.

• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top-tier candidates for various clinical roles within the organization.

• Proactively network and engage with potential clinical candidates through various channels to build a robust talent pipeline.

• Connect with local organizations including colleges and universities to build partnerships and plan for events.

• Able to maintain candidate engagement through the full talent acquisition lifecycle.

• Ensure timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process keeping both candidates and clinical partners informed.

• Independently execute the full talent acquisition lifecycle.

• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition posting to new hire onboarding.

• Stays informed about industry trends competitor practices and emerging technologies within the clinical and healthcare sectors to continuously enhance the clinical talent acquisition strategy.

• Effectively handle competing priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field preferred but not required.

• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition Human Resources or related field with a proven track record of success.

• 6 months of experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis recruiting preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

• Demonstrated ability to take initiative problem-solve and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with current recruiting trends tools and technologies.

• Located in Arizona is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• May include without limitation the following physical demands: sitting typing speaking and viewing a screen(s) for long periods of time.
