Job Summary

Mission Recruiting represents a well-established civil litigation practice seeking a civil litigation defense attorney to join its San Francisco office. This opportunity is ideal for a California-licensed attorney who enjoys hands-on case ownership collaborative teamwork and delivering high-quality legal work in a supportive people-first environment.

This role offers the chance to work closely with a partner while taking the lead on active defense matters involving rideshare and UM/UIM litigation. The team values initiative strong advocacy and a genuine interest in growing both professionally and as a leader.

What You Will Do

Serve as the primary handling attorney on assigned civil litigation defense matters
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Handle court appearances written discovery and depositions
Draft and argue motions
Participate in mediations arbitrations and pre-trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients and provide regular case updates
Gain exposure to trial preparation and trial participation
Mentor and collaborate with colleagues while building leadership skills
