The founder is a marketing expert whos built her own sales funnel but needs a skilled dedicated sales professional to take things further.
Job Overview
Were hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation make outbound calls and close new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for generating 35 qualified leads per month managing outreach campaigns and handling cold calls with confidence and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling emailing LinkedIn prospecting)
- Generate 35 quality leads/month
- Maintain tracking spreadsheets (Excel)
- Communicate consistently with the team via Slack and Google Workspace
- Attend 2 standup calls per week (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- Collaborate on optimizing sales funnel and messaging
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales experience (marketing/agency background preferred)
- Proven ability to cold call handle rejection and speak confidently on the phone
- Strong experience using LinkedIn email outreach and sales prospecting tools
- Fluent English speaker
- Has worked across or is familiar with international markets (Canada Europe US Australia)
- Strong attention to detail; able to track outreach and follow-ups manually
- Familiar with or open to using tools like Gusto ZoomInfo and Excel
