Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on vehicles features and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge dealership promotions and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
