Job Description
Founded in 1989 TestLink has been a key player in the ATM industry for over 30 years. As a company we pride ourselves on our commitment to reducing the cost and environmental impact of ATM management by delivering high-quality reliable ATM parts globally. Recently acquired by the US-based Brinks Global Services we are at an exciting juncture expanding our reach to over 250000 serviced ATMs worldwide. Were looking for motivated and practical individuals who want to learn develop and grow with us.
Experience:
Assembly processes and quality control. Contributing to streamlining a process and improving efficiency reducing waste and increasing productivity.
Qualifications/Skills:
Good mechanical aptitude and competency using different tooling and testing equipment.
Role Objective
The safe and accurate assembly of customer devices according to documented processes and quality standards.
Key Duties
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Understanding the assembly process and requirements.
Gathering all necessary parts and tools needed for the assembly process.
Assembling parts or components according to specification and following procedures and guidelines.
Using hand tools and power tools and the ability to fasten or connect parts together.
Inspecting parts for defects and quality issues during the assembly process.
Testing assembled parts to ensure that is meeting quality standards.
Make adjustments or repairs to product if needed.
Maintaining accurate records of production assembly activities including the time taken to produce parts and meet production goals.
Removing and disposing of packaging
