Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support county operations in Maricopa County AZ. The CSR will provide professional assistance to the public by delivering accurate information resolving inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person
Provide information on county services programs and procedures
Assist with applications forms and required documentation
Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
Document interactions and maintain records in county systems

Qualifications
