About you and this role
Diamond has a challenging and exciting role for a Senior Business Development Manager. This role reports to the Vice President of Business Development. Diamond encourages 3 days per week in the office while this role allows employees flexibility by choosing when to work remotely and when to attend on-site activities based on customer engagement project work and role needs.
The role is focused on the identification and development of projects in support of Diamonds strategic objectives and Growth strategy including support of new customer co-locations or expansion projects at our existing I-Park sites. Projects requiring this level of leadership are substantial in size and/or complexity. The Senior Business Development Manager is fully accountable for representing Diamond to prospective and existing customers and strategic partners and executing opportunities to grow business revenue and EBITDA. The role also represents these new business development projects and opportunities internally within Diamond and more broadly amongst business site and functional stakeholders (including Dow).
