Our Global Dealer Engagement team builds successful partnerships with our 9500 dealers and helps them unlock their full potential and increase customer satisfaction. We focus on training and productivity governance customer sentiment diversity community retail excellence systems and process modernization and rewards and recognition to help our dealers differentiate themselves from the competition and maximize their strengths.

Come help shape the future strategic direction of Fords Global Dealer Engagement (GDE) organization as we supports the growth and vitality of Fords dealer network. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly contribute to the Ford plan for growth by supporting the strategic direction of GDE and playing a pivotal role in how we report on our business convey the message of our progress and govern the monthly/weekly drumbeat of the team.

This role is a valuable position within the Global Dealer Engagement Business Office providing essential support to the Sr. Manager Global Dealer Engagement Business Office and the broader GDE leadership team. It offers high visibility to GDE leadership and the chance to tackle complex challenges driving a significant impact on a critical business unit of Ford Motor Company. We are looking for a high-performing individual eager to be in the mix on critical decisions and enable the GDE leadership to better shape the future of our business and how we collaborate with our global partner organizations.

Role Summary: The GDE Business Office Coordinator provides critical tactical and administrative support to the Global Dealer Experience organization. This role acts as the engine room of the Business Office managing the flow of information maintaining organizational data integrity and supporting the logistics of global collaboration.

Core Impact: This role ensures organizational readiness by maintaining the accuracy of the teams data and tools allowing leadership to make decisions based on real-time information and ensuring a seamless experience for global partners visiting the home office.



Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Business Operations & Data Management: Maintain all GDE organizational data including bi-weekly distribution list updates and monthly org charts. Manage the generic mailbox and synchronize multiple team calendars to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Global Logistics & Relationship Building: Lead the development of comprehensive itineraries for international visitors to Dearborn facilitating global relationship-building and cross-market knowledge exchange.
  • Internal Communications: Execute GDE team communications including personnel announcements and the publication of the weekly reports and resources for executive leadership.
  • Compliance & Continuity Support: Deliver essential regulatory updates to ensure corporate risk reduction and compliance.
  • Digital Collaboration Tools: Manage and optimize the GDE Business Office SharePoint site and the GDE team SharePoint site to increase team engagement and streamline communication.
  • Facility & Project Support: Serve as a primary liaison for office space management and contribute to the development and implementation of the GDE onboarding process for new hires.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of progressive experience in a business operations communications or strategy role with a proven track record of supporting leadership and influencing decision-making.
  • 2 years experience communicating effectively with executive-level audiences. Demonstrating ability to craft compelling narratives synthesize complex information and tailor communications to different audiences.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data management PowerPoint for executive presentations Word for white papers SharePoint for administration).
  • 1 years of experience coordinating stakeholder events and communications.

Even better you may have...

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Prior experience in Business Office Business Development or Corporate Communications roles
  • Solid understanding of business operations; Corporate filings and presentations experience is a significant plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate detailed information into clear concise and actionable insights and see the big picture.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
